Today I share my top 5 resons why I love Google Drive! Google Drive you probably know and use, but do yo get the most out of it? This are my reasons why I love Google Drive and hope you will get some great tips how you can get more out of Drive:
Collaborate In Real-Time
One of the best things of Google Docs, Sheets, Slides… is that you can invite others to view, edit, or comment on any file or folder you choose. Google Docs allows users to collaborate on a document in real-time. And this is one of the best things for me. Working on the same document in real time can be very useful and productive.
Send large files to others
Sometimes you can’t send files because they are too big and Google Drive is great to help you by sending big files. In Gmail, you can easily choose “Insert files using Drive” and hit send!
Access and edit documents offline
Access it anywhere. When I am working on something in the office, on the go or when waiting for someone it is great that I can work on same documents everywhere I am and on any device I want.
It Can Be Accessed on Tablets and Smartphones
Smartphone and tablet users can download the various Google Drive Apps from the App Store for Apple products or from the Play Store for Android (Google Play, App Store).
Work on the go
Google Drive allows you to access and edit documents on the desktop, on your iPhone or iPad, or on your Android device so you can use it on the go.
Forms To Collect Data
I don’t use this very often, but it can be very useful to collect data.

I love Google Docs!! While I was teaching we made the switch as a staff and then later moved our students to it for all their work. It is so nice to know that you can log on to any computer or device and still have your files and information available. 🙂
I love Google docs! It makes it so easy to share things without needing a usb. Even my kids started using Google docs at school to share notes, group porjects, etc… Definitely the way to go!

I’m a complete Google fanatic. I use Docs, Drive, Analytics, Blogger – seems like 90% of my online stuff is done through Google and I LOVE them. 🙂
