Often my customers have problems with Facebook Cover because, after uploading the graphic is cropped and the content on the edges is not visible.
…And this can be a really uncomfortable situation!
So in today’s post, I’ll show you what size graphics should be and how you can easily design a Cover for Facebook. An even how to design it in Canva – a free editor, so it will be really easy.
First, size and formats
Facebook Cover graphics are: 820px x 464px (upper and lower 75px is visible on mobile phones).
Recommended Format: png (Facebook usually squeezes jpg files so much that they get bad quality)
To make this even easier, I have prepared a picture with dimensions. The total size is 820px x 464px and contains 75px top and bottom borders, which are not visible on the computer. So be careful – do not add texts to these borders, so it will be visible on all devices.
