If your URL looks something like: www.domena.si/?p=123 then is time to edit it. This is not the best way for visitors or Google.
You can change how your URL are created by clicking on Settings > Permalinks.
You can choose from different URL templates. My preferred are Post name and Custom Structure where you can add your own post name. You can edit this by clicking edit URLin blog post:
