Add Link To Image – WordPress tricks

Sometimes it’s very useful to add a link to the image. By this, I mean that a new page opens when a user clicks on the image. When is this useful? For example, if you mention in your new post your fresh book, add an image and when a visitor clicks on this image, a new page with more information opens.
 
You can do this in many ways, here are two:
 
1. When adding a new image, in the right column, select a link to> Custom URL> add a link:

 
2. When you have an image already in the post, first click on an image > click icon for link > add link:
