Zoom is an online tool for video conferencing, meetings, webinars … Really great tool for meetings, especially useful are the functions of a video meeting, the ability to record a meeting and share a desktop.

Loom is a great tool to record a video of your desktop. This can be useful if you have a team or clients who have a frequently asked question “how do I do this” and then you can quickly record the process and respond with a video.

Asana
This is my favorite project management app. I manage all projects and all the tasks I have for each day in Asana. I plan everything from planning work on projects for clients, blog, social media posts, content for my portal, as well as to collect various ideas.

Google Calendar
Google Calendar is an online calendar where I plan my entire day (in time blocks), appointments, and other activities. An amazing tool for an organized and productive day.

Toggle, Pomodoro Timer (e.g. Be Focused)
Toggle and Pomodoro are both tools that are great for better productivity – time tracking.
The Pomodoro timer is great especially if you are often distracted. Simply turn on the timer for 25 minutes and during that time you are 100% dedicated to the work, then it is time to break and repeats the process.
Toggle, on the other hand, helps you measure the time you spend on each task.
