So often I check out morning routines and become overwhelmed because if you really want to do what “successful” people do it takes half a day.
Right?
But there are something you can do, without getting overwhelmed and create your ideal morning and set yourself up for more productivity throughout the day.
Mornings don’t have to be rough and morning routine should suit YOU and your needs.
Take time for yourself
Be selfish. Take time to be with yourself. Set yourself to be best you can be. Try to avoid any screen: emails will wait, and all social media you can check later. After some time you will not even think to check email or social media.
Next, drink a glass of water, you can even squeeze a half a lemon in it.
If you like yoga I highly suggest to do it in the morning and finishing this first part of the morning with meditation is just perfect. And of course don’t forget to eat breakfast (if you are lazy in the morning you should try this breakfast, that you can prepare evening before+soo tasty – How to make absolutely delicious overnights oats).
Take The Positive Pill, Be Grateful
Sometimes we forget to be grateful and how blessed we really are. We usually focus on negative things like something you have to do today… But you can reset this mood, remind yourself how blessed you are and start the day happier. You can also write down the most exciting thing that will make today great. For this, I use 5 minute journal and really enjoying it!
The most important first
Now is time to work! 😉 Write down 3 the most important task you have to do today. And start with the most important one. To stay focus and even more productive use Pomodoro technique. Check out:

This is my ideal morning routine for a productive day. What’s yours?
And…
That’s not all!
I have some big ideas for mod.si to become an even greater info resource for you. But I want my content to be helpful for you and I really want to get to know you. You’re able to hear from me and get to know me through newsletters, blog posts, and social media, but it isn’t very often that I get to know you better! So I’ve created a simple questionnaire for you:

Your feedback is super valuable. Thank you.

Is it pomodoro? it’s the timer that looks like a tomato right? Yes I listened to a class to learn how to learn (i know confusing) but yes that’s the best method
Maja says
Yes. It can be timer that looks like a tomato or regular timer on your phone 🙂
