We all have those moments, days when we feel anything but motivated to work. Whether the reason is: burnout, uninteresting work … and some tasks just need to be done you can do this:
- Prepare your favorite drink (coffee, tea… )
- Write a To Do List (tasks that are necessary and have to be done today)
- Cross out any task that is actually not important
- Arrange them in order from most to least important
- Use Pomodoro technique
- Reward yourself (eg. walking, movie, shopping, coffee with friends …)

To do lists FTW! The funny thing about this list is I do have a bad habit of putting things down twice or not combining items I can knock out together.
